Our Sungold tomato plants are ready for giveaway to project participants! We have two upcoming giveaway dates. At both, you can pick up your tomato plants, get stakes, netting, and other materials for participation, learn more about pollination, and get further instructions about how to submit data. Please note, representatives can also pick up plants for Food Bank plots!

You can pick up project tomato plants at TWO locations and times:

1. Sunday, May 13, 10am-2pm: University of Washington Botany Greenhouse, UW main campus.

2. Sunday, May 20, 10am-1pm: Bradner Garden Park P-Patch, 1750 S Bradner Pl
(29th Avenue S and S Grand Street, Mount Baker neighborhood), during Heritage Tomato sale

Please contact us at if you are unable to make it to one of these times and places.

As soon as your plants begin to produce tomatoes, you can begin submitting data once a week (or more!).  Data submission will happen electronically through our web page, Stay tuned for email updates about data collection as that season approaches.
